M-am hot\u0103r\u00e2t s\u0103 intru \u00een acest loc, \u015ftiind reputa\u0163ia predecesorilor. Intrarea nu abund\u0103 \u00een simboluri \u015fi imagini iar odat\u0103 ce ai p\u0103truns dincolo de u\u015f\u0103 calea te \u00eendrum\u0103 c\u0103tre pivni\u0163\u0103, acolo unde se afl\u0103 amenajat restaurantul. Drept \u00een fa\u0163\u0103 se deschide salonul nefum\u0103torilor, \u00eembr\u0103cat \u00een lumina \u015fi aranjat cochet, f\u0103r\u0103 a epata \u00een vreun fel. Din loc \u00een loc, \u00een c\u00e2te o oaz\u0103 de lumin\u0103 a\u015fezat\u0103 potrivit, se ive\u015fte un mic aranjament rustic, \u00een ton cu atmosfera. Dau c\u00e2teva exemple: \u201eCerbul chierdut \u00een ograd\u0103, 10 in\u015fi vor ca s\u0103-l vad\u0103\u201d, \u201eCeaunul lu\u2019 Tu\u015fa, proptit \u00een varz\u0103 \u015fi m\u0103lai\u201d, \u201eCurcan cu chieptar afumat \u015fi ghiftuit cu br\u00e2nz\u0103 dulce\u201d, \u201eCiolan de porc alc\u0103tuit cu fusui\u201d, \u201eCumetrie la tigaie\u201d, \u201eCl\u0103tite degerate\u201d \u015fi multe altele. M\u0103 opresc aici pentru c\u0103 simt ni\u015fte averse de ploaie prin cavitatea bucal\u0103. O domni\u015foar\u0103 amabil\u0103 ne-a \u00eentrebat ce-am dori s\u0103 gust\u0103m la mas\u0103 dup\u0103 care, \u00een aproape zece minute, s-a \u015fi \u00eentors cu ciorbele. \u00centr-adev\u0103r, a durat vreun sfert de or\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 a \u00eendr\u0103znit s\u0103 ne dea bine\u0163e. Eu am servit ciorb\u0103 de varz\u0103 cu afum\u0103tur\u0103, excelent f\u0103cut\u0103 \u015fi primit\u0103 de stomac. S\u0103 nu uit, \u00een minutele de a\u015fteptare, din partea casei am primit o farfurie de jum\u0103ri cu ceap\u0103 ro\u015fie, c\u00e2t s\u0103 ne \u00eent\u0103r\u00e2te foamea. La felul doi am pus capac zilei, cu chiu cu vai reu\u015find s\u0103 d\u0103m gata jum\u0103tate din m\u00e2ncare. Nota, v\u0103 rog&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Recomand <strong>Restaurantul Sergiana<\/strong>, pentru cine are drum prin Bra\u015fov, pentru ospitalitate, atmosfer\u0103 \u015fi calit\u0103\u0163ile buc\u0103tarului. Nu v\u0103 face\u0163i griji pentru portofel pentru c\u0103 v\u0103 \u0163ine (patru persoane, servind c\u00e2te dou\u0103 feluri de m\u00e2ncare, salat\u0103 \u015fi b\u0103utur\u0103 se descurc\u0103 cu 100 lei). Dar ave\u0163i grij\u0103, doar cei experimenta\u0163i pot termina dou\u0103 feluri&#8230;Am remarcat aerisirea foarte bun\u0103 \u00een zona fum\u0103torilor \u015fi temperatura constant\u0103 p\u0103strat\u0103 de pere\u0163ii pivni\u0163ei. Se pot servi \u015fi vinuri alese, berile fiind limitate la doar c\u00e2teva m\u0103rci.  Nu exist\u0103 wireless (chiar \u015fi semnalul telefonului fiind destul de greu de p\u0103strat) dar cine are nevoie de a\u015fa ceva acolo?
