Ei bine, \u00een URSS a amesteca  berea cu vodc\u0103 e ca \u015fi cum ai pune sare-n m\u00eencare. Dac\u0103 vodca s-a a\u015fezat frumos la fund f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 se amestece, reiese ca avem un Rembrandt autentic, iar dac\u0103 nu, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 avem un Rembrandt fals. Dac\u0103 avem propor\u0163ia de 50 gr. vodc\u0103 \u015fi 200 gr. bere \u00eenseamn\u0103 ca avem un Rembrandt timpuriu, iar daca propor\u0163ia e de 200 gr. vodc\u0103 \u015fi 100 gr. bere avem de a face cu un Rembrandt t\u00eerziu.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, e bine de \u015ftiut tehnica Gone\u015fte ursul \u00een b\u00eerlog. Tehnica e simpl\u0103: se umple o halb\u0103 cu bere \u015fi se bea cu \u00eenghi\u0163ituri mici. Dup\u0103 fiecare \u00eenghi\u0163itur\u0103 de bere \u00een locul eliberat se toarn\u0103 vodc\u0103. Procedura se repet\u0103 p\u00een\u0103 c\u00eend berea din halb\u0103 este \u00eenlocuit\u0103 de vodc\u0103. A Goni ursul din b\u00eerlog presupune doar inversarea b\u0103uturilor. E bine de \u015ftiut \u015fi de tehnica Vodolaz care e construit\u0103 \u00een felul urm\u0103tor: \u00eentr-o halb\u0103 de bere se d\u0103 drumul la un p\u0103h\u0103rel mic de vodc\u0103. Paharul nu trebuie s\u0103 fie r\u0103sturnat. Halba se bea dintr-o dat\u0103 \u00een a\u015fa fel \u00eenc\u00eet ultimele \u00eenghi\u0163ituri sa fie cele de vodc\u0103. Cu alte cuvinte, vorba popular\u0103 sovietic\u0103: berea f\u0103r\u0103 vodc\u0103 e ca nunta f\u0103r\u0103 muzic\u0103. Fire\u015fte n-ar trebui s\u0103 uit\u0103m de Cipok care e un Ior\u015f, adic\u0103 un amestec de vodc\u0103 cu bere unde se acoper\u0103 cu m\u00eena cana \u00een care se \u0163ine recipientul \u015fi este lovit de genunchi ca amestecul s\u0103 fie \u201egazat\u201d. Spuma creat\u0103 se bea dintr-o \u00eenghi\u0163itur\u0103.
